When you use the Diser Discord bot to upload files, we collect and store the following information:

• Your Discord User ID (used to organize your uploads into a personal folder)
• The files you upload and their associated metadata (filename, size, type)
• The upload timestamp
• The name you provide for your upload via the /upload command

We do not collect your email address, password, or any personal information beyond what is listed above.

How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely to:

• Organize and serve your uploaded files at their designated URLs
• Generate your upload landing pages at webdiser.xyz/d/[user-id]/[upload-id]
• Log upload activity in our internal Discord logging channel for moderation purposes
• Enforce file size limits and acceptable use policies

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties.

Public Content

Please be aware that files you upload are stored at publicly accessible URLs. Anyone with the link can access your files. Do not upload sensitive, confidential, or private information that you do not want publicly accessible.

Your Discord User ID is embedded in the URL path of your uploads and is therefore publicly visible to anyone who has your upload link.

Upload Logging

Every upload is logged in a private Discord channel visible only to Diser administrators. This log includes your Discord User ID, the upload link, and the timestamp. This is used for moderation and abuse prevention.

Data Retention

Uploaded files and their associated pages are stored indefinitely unless removed by our moderation team for policy violations or at your request. To request deletion of your content, contact us via our Discord server.

Third-Party Services

Diser uses Discord for bot functionality. Your use of Discord is subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We recommend reviewing Discord's policies at discord.com/privacy.

Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect data stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your uploaded content at any time by contacting us through our Discord server. We will process removal requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
