By accessing or using Diser ("the Service") at webdiser.xyz or through our Discord bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Description of Service

Diser is a file hosting platform that allows users to upload and share files via a Discord bot. Uploaded files are hosted at permanent, publicly accessible URLs under the webdiser.xyz domain.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, store, or share:

• Illegal content of any kind, including content that violates local, national, or international law
• Malware, viruses, trojans, or any malicious code intended to harm systems or users
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexually explicit content involving minors
• Content that infringes upon intellectual property rights of others
• Personal data of third parties without their explicit consent
• Spam, phishing material, or fraudulent content
• Content designed to harass, threaten, or intimidate individuals

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal of content and permanent ban from the Service.

File Size and Storage Limits

The maximum file size per upload is 3.5 GB. You may upload multiple files in a single command, subject to this limit per file. We reserve the right to modify storage limits at any time without prior notice.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Diser a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and serve the content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content at any time without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the content violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or its users. To request removal of content, contact us via the Discord server.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diser and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or permanent storage of uploaded files.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
